Which do I install? Testing as a ticket buyer → use the Customer app. Testing check-in at the gate or taking cashless payments at a stall → use the Vendor + Gate Staff app. Both can be installed on the same phone side by side.
How to install (Android): tap Download (or scan the QR) → open the downloaded .apk →
if prompted, allow “Install unknown apps” for your browser → Install. These are test builds —
not from Google Play. NFC tap and QR-gate scanning work on real Android devices.
Start with the Demo build of each app — it uses live events with instant sign-in (no account needed).
iOS testers: iPhone builds aren't sideloadable — those go through TestFlight once the Apple Developer account is set up.
